We are looking for an Account Management Team Lead to join Collect Group and lead the team responsible for client onboarding, integration oversight, ongoing support and retention. You will ensure clients receive a smooth, personalised experience throughout their journey with the company.
What To Do
- Lead, coach and support the Account Management team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
- Oversee client onboarding, including project management for client integration, coordinating with Compliance, RnD and other departments to ensure a smooth and timely process.
- Ensure clients understand our products, services and processes and receive the guidance they need.
- Build strong client relationships and act as the escalation point for complex queries or concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and follow requests through to completion.
- Proactively identify client needs, gather feedback and address concerns to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Develop account management procedures, service standards and training materials.
- Monitor onboarding progress, client engagement, satisfaction and retention, reporting results to management.
- Own the relationships of VIP clients and other clients as needed and assigned.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure the team follows internal policies and compliance requirements.
What's needed
Previous experience in account management, client services or customer success, with team leadership experience.- Experience in payments, financial services or fintech; crypto or payments industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, handle escalations and coordinate across departments.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with a strong commitment to service quality and retention.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
