Collect Group is growing confidently, and we believe we are building something with real global potential. Our group includes several strong fintech products, and we are now looking for an ambitious, hands-on, and results-driven marketing leader to help us scale further.
You will lead our marketing direction and help strengthen brand awareness, attract new clients, and support business growth across our fintech products.
What To Do
Including but not exceeding:
- Developing and implementing strong marketing strategy.
- Leading the marketing team and ensuring performance against KPIs.
- Managing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels.
- Analyzing market trends, competitors, campaign results, and growth opportunities.
- Working closely with PR to strengthen the company's image and reputation.
- Overseeing social media strategy and audience engagement.
- Collaborating with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Driving growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
What's needed
4+ years of experience as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or similar B2B marketing leadership role in fintech, crypto environment.- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid advertising, PR, analytics, and growth marketing.
- Experience managing and motivating a marketing team.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to make decisions based on performance metrics.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition and growth strategy.
- Ambition, ownership, dedication, and focus on measurable results.
