Collect Group is looking for a Finance Controller to join our finance team in Limassol. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in multi-entity finance, consolidation, ERP implementation, and management reporting, preferably within the fintech, payments, or crypto industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Standardise finance and accounting processes across the Group.
- Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and external service providers.
- Participate in ERP migration and implementation projects.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
- Ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable financial data across multiple jurisdictions.
- Help improve internal finance controls, procedures, and reporting standards.
Requirements
Relevant qualification, CPA / ACA / ACCA as a plus.- 2+ years of experience in Big 4 audit or advisory in Cyprus as big advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, audit, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience with Cyprus local reporting requirements.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Fluent English, Greek or other language will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech, or payments is highly preferred.
